Our Demands

Clear. Constitutional.
Non-Negotiable.

Each demand is rooted in constitutional principles, empirical data, and the vision of a truly equal India.

01

Income-Based Reservation

Reservation should be based on economic need rather than caste, ensuring that every financially disadvantaged family receives equal opportunity. Poverty has no caste.

02

One Family. One Reservation. One Time.

Once a family has benefited from reservation, the next generation should compete on merit. Reservation should be used only once, either for education or government employment, rather than repeatedly across multiple generations.

03

Minimum Standards for Everyone

Establish minimum qualifying marks for every candidate within 10–20% of the higher quota cut-off. If reserved seats remain vacant, they should be allotted to candidates from the General category.

04

Stop Reservation Politics

Prohibit political parties from promising new or increased reservation quotas during elections. Preserve the constitutional 50% reservation ceiling, conduct periodic reviews using updated socio-economic data, and update beneficiary lists so that communities which have progressed are moved out of reservation categories.

05

Sunset Clause

Introduce a time-bound roadmap to improve government schools, teachers, and educational infrastructure. As educational inequality decreases, reservation policies should be periodically reviewed and gradually phased out according to measurable progress.
